The manufacturing process of high temperature resistant high silica cloth includes the following process steps:

(4) Then heat setting treatment is carried out in a continuous heat treatment furnace at a temperature of 60 ℃ ° C-75 ° C. The silica content of 0.15 high silica cloth prepared by the above process is more than 96%. The appearance is smooth and the color is uniform, which can be well applied to various post-processing manufacturing processes.
